Wireless keyboard strangeness
« on: April 09, 2007, 11:51:39 am »
I recently purchased a Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse and when I'm typing the cursor often jumps in front of a typed letter and makes a typo. I'm typing and notice a word is missing a letter and the letter is to the right of the cursor, being pushed along as I write.

I'm typing until it happens and I can show yo what I am talking bout -- the u in you and the a in about are here --> au

I reset the connection buttons to link the keyboard to the wireless transmitter a few times but it keeps happening.  I'm about to grab the keyboard and smash it into the desk until it smashes into bits.

Has anyone had a problem like this with a wireless keyboard?   I used the same model with my old laptop and never had the problem but gave the keyboard to my friend when I gave him the laptop.

Grazi,

I've had that happen.  But only on the wifes laptop.  Not sure how to fix it except to try and make sure your cursor is moved to the bottom right corner when you start typing.

Put some tin foil on all of your windows and it will work better.

My entire house is wrapped in tin foil and lead to keep the CIA's mind probes from getting to me.
