Just wanted to say hi
« on: June 24, 2014, 06:54:16 am »
My partner was diagnosed ten years ago - things are still ok, but just thought it would be good to join a forum like this to talk with others in a similar situation.

Hi JM,

Many thanks for replying, much appreciated. I didn't know there were forums like this so I'm hoping I can learn and share info as and when. Have you been a member long? Looking through people's previous posts there seems to be  a lot of support out there which is great as I know how isolating it can be for people.

Best Wishes
Mart

Mart;  I came here right after my diagnosis -- I was a wreck!  This place has helped me quite a bit.  The range of topics discussed and people discussing them is pretty amazing....

Cheers,
JM

Really glad you are feeling ok, and you sound quite upbeat which is always a good thing! All pretty good here, my partner is ok, but very tired a lot of the time at the moment and getting aches and pains - but that could be just a sign of getting older lol!
Either you were up very late last night or you are somewhere else in the world! Hope you have a sunny day!
Mart
