T-cells 215 and dropping and undectable, is it ok?

I have a dear friend who was born with the virus. He is now 22 years old and I'm concern with a recent blood result he received. His t-cells is 215 and its dropping slowly but, his viral load is undetectable. He's been sick with the cold twice for the past few months and his doctor is saying the reason his t-cells has dropped is b/c he was sick and for him not to worry about it.

I tell my friend that its a concern that needs to be address because his t -cell is dropping and his response is that his viral load is undetectable and he is not going to worry. I did tell him that I will post a question here to see what others have to say. He currently takes Norvir, Epsicom and Reyataz.

Please tell me what you guys think. Any information posted here will be related to him. Thank you so much.

His doctor is correct.  Stop worrying so much.  This is a normal response to getting a cold.
