"Got a passion for buying sneakers? It could be a good sign, with a poll finding that people who buy three pairs of sneakers or more a year are far more likely to be a leadership type that other people.

Mindset Media, a media company that examines personality traits of different consumers, found that people who buy more than three pairs of sneakers a year are 61 percent more likely to have the qualities of a modern leader."

Those definitely look like they could do some sneakin'.  Which is probably good given the shady locations you likely haunt.

I just got a pair of freaky Converse that have flowers on them, 'love' on one side and 'peace' on another.  What can I say, just tryin' to spread some love.

From personal experience... I have found that a person who purchases 1 pair of sneakers each month has PN with Foot Drop and no leadership tendencies or personality profiles were used to find the $5.00 shoe vendors  ;D ;D  Have the best day

Where do they get the people for these surveys?

I went to a guys apartment last summer to collect rent and he had his sneakers lined up along 3 of the walls in his living room 2 deep BUT he didn't have any rent money? And they were all the latest fashion so they might have been 6 months old...the only leading he was doing was to the housing court for the eviction process.

I don't even own a pair of sneekers.  I"m with Winn and Matty - if I'm not barefooted, I'm in my house shoes.

I went shopping with English Girl and Melia last year in San Francisco. I needed sneakers because the shoes I had just weren't cutting it for walking around the city.

We went wild in the Nike store. Actually, they went wild. I bought one pair of sensible shoes.

They were the first sneakers I had bought since the 90s.

I like Red Wing Shoes. They are well made, very comfortable and don't aggravate my PN.

What's even better, they style I like are slip-ons so I don't have to tie the damn things or worry about overly long shoe laces.

HUGS,

Mark

When I feel the need to wear something other than house shoes I wear my Vans.

I'll wear them till they start falling apart then I'll buy another pair.

I never really got into sneakers ... reminded me too much of gym class.  If I'm gonna be all hot and sweaty it ain't gonna be from some gym workout.  I'll stick to my penny-loafers.

My middle son ( 8 1/2) has been sporting his red Converse high tops.  He wears them with everything from his Spiderman pajama pants to his dockers and dress shirt.
