fatty tissue above penis?

Been positive for 15 years, currently on Lexiva,norvir,and epzicom...have had lipoatrophy problems for several years now(Sunken Cheeks,chicken legs,flat butt)...over the past couple of years i have developed a good deal of what seems like fatty tissue above my penis.  My question is- Is there anybody else out there that is having this problem and if so what have you done to correct or fix the problem?...Any information would be helpful.

yes, this has happened to me too.  But also I am getting older (does anyone else have this problem??), 54 on Sunday, also had a double hernia operation 8 years ago, and thought between lypo, age, and the operation (cut through the muscle tissue down there)that there was not much I could do other than keep it under control with sit ups

yES THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME AND i GOT RID OF IT BY EXERCISING AND SWITCHING FROM SUGAR TO SPLENDA.i ALSO LOWERED MY CARBOHYDRATES,DUMPED RED MEAT EXCEPT FOR ONCE A MONTH.iNTERESTINGLY THOUGH,i REALLY GOT GOOD RESULTS WHEN I ADDED WALKING THE DOG 2HOURS IN THE MORNING AND 2HOURS IN THE EVENING TO MY 1HOUR WORKOUT 4DAYS A WEEK.THIS TOOK 7 YEARS TO BUILD UP TO.DUMPING REFINED SUGARS IS DIFFICULT BECAUSE THE BODY GETS DEPENDENT ON IT DONT DO IT ALL AT ONCE BUILD UP TO THESE THINGS SLOWLY AS TO NOT SHOCK THE BODY.

yes me too 51 now but i'm 5'8' and 165 pounds but in good shape,but i see that now and never had it before .getting lipo dissolve on my neck and hump on back is working but have to go for another round of it..............

I'm noticing it  too! Yikes! It's just been in the last couple of weeks/months. Hope that I can get rid of it. Am going gang busters at the gym and will step up lower stomach  exercises. I was wondering what the *&^%$# that was! Thanks for clueing me in!

I dont have a penis, but i too have the fat deposits in my lower belly..  i chalked it up to the meds... (aint it great)  the body changes scare me... i never know what will happen next!

Current Meds ; Viramune / Epzicom Eliquis, Diltiazem. Pravastatin 80mg, Ezetimibe. UPDATED 2/18/24
 Tested positive in 1985,.. In October of 2003, My t-cell count was 16, Viral load was over 500,000, Percentage at that time was 5%. I started on  HAART on October 24th, 2003.

 UPDATED: As of April, 2nd 2024,Viral load Undetectable.
CD 4 @593 /  CD4 % @ 18 %

Lymphocytes,total-3305 (within range)

cd4/cd8 ratio -0.31

cd8 %-57
