Unprotected sex for 1min

Hey Im married, wife knows I'm poz anyways she had me insert her for about 1 min without moving (me pushing in) but her moving a little, whats the risk for her becoming poz? Im on atripla and UD just curious about this risk
April 2010- tested neg.
April 1 2011 -  CD4 346 VL 46856 22%
July 27 2011- Started Atripla
(Meds are good) needed more space to update been UD now for three years. Current down below
Jun 5 2014 - CD4 704 VL UD % 44.0

I think the fact that you have a UD viral load makes it unlikely that she is poz, especially if you didn't exchange bodily fluids and don't have any other STIs that could increase the chance of transmission.

There's essentially zero risk in that scenario. Many couples choose to resume unprotected vaginal and/or anal sex when the viral load is UD. Though the VL in semen might be different, there is no evidence that it is more than an Extremely Low Risk in that scenario either.


It's obviously where your wife's comfort zone resides in this matter. Yours too, of course.
