Good Supplement for Frequent Urination/Prostate?

I suffer from periodic bladder spasms and frequent urination urges. I am 29 and on Atripla. What is a good supplement for this that I can take? I've heard of Saw Palmetto, Lycopen, or Selenium? I already take a multivitamin but it does not have these in it...Some suggestions? Thanks

Newbieguy,

I complained about my 3am urinations to my anti-aging doctor and he said mine was a hormonal issue. Without the right hormonal level I cannot go into a deep enough sleep to not be awakened with the need to pee. Now I take an estrogen blocking pill (progesterone) at night and it helps. You are MUCH younger than me and this probably doesn't apply to you, but that is my story.
Now if only my dog would sleep all night!!!
