I was hear last year when got herpes and swore i would never be back, but i guess this is my punishment...
i had sex with a sex worker with a condom about 2 weeks ago, it was my first sexual incounter in over a year. But anyway i first ask about hiv and she said she was negative then she gave me oral sex with a condom on and the sex for about 1-2 minutes, the problem is i have a rash on my face from my nose to my mouth that feel kinda tight to the face, and then had night sweats, as well as some funny whitespots in my throat.(1) My question to you is did you have a rash and if so how did it look???(2) was there any pain???
A couple of days later i had condomed sex with another sew worker who also said she was hiv -, she held the condom and we had sex for 5ish minutes. when i was dropping her of she said she took a class in jail and for me never to recieve oral sex without a condom because i could get hiv from that... that got me thinking that she found out she was hiv positive and she was educated in jail....
I know normally that you would say there is no way that i would have Hiv it is very fragile etc... but i believe i have herpes on my hand (even though my doctors do not) palm and i believe that i took the condom off and it was really wet and i couldn't was my hand for 30 minutes. with my Symptoms and reduced skin strength i really believe that i have been infected... i would go to the doctors now but they droped the ball on herpes on my hands (which transfer to herpes on my penis) and feel it is just better to wait 6 weeks as to not get any bad info and just get the facts...(3) would taking Acyclovir make hiv take longer to show?
P.S. just for additional info i would have never had sew with a sex worker in the past but it was a mental toughness test/punishment that i would put my self through for the pain i've caused others as far as the test goes i fail i am an abosolute whimp and if i don't have Hiv (the only way i would want to continue to live) i will imbrace my whimp status and never go against the grain which is my whimpy life

I would have merged your new thread with your old thread, but it seems to be missing - which is very odd, since your post count shows three. ~shrug~
I don't know where the sex worker got her information, but she was WRONG. Getting a blowjob, with or without a condom, is NOT a risk for hiv infection. Not one person has ever been infected this way and you will NOT be the first.
Furthermore, condoms have been proven to prevent hiv infection. You have not had a risk. I understand you're worried about your hands, etc, but you don't need to be worried about any of that. Hiv is not transmitted in that way.
Hiv is primarily transmitted INSIDE the human body, as in unprotected anal or vaginal intercourse. You didn't have unprotected intercourse, you used a condom and so you prevented hiv transmission.
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, even with non-sex workers, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through all three condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
Keep using those condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

I don't believe we've ever made the claim that condoms are 100% anything. We tend to avoid numbers in such discussions.

When condoms are used correctly (which means that breakage does not occur) and consistently (that means EVERY time) they have been proven to prevent hiv infection. I have NEVER said "100%" and the reason being is that we have to take HUMAN ERROR into account.
There have been long-term studies of couples where one is positive and one is negative. In the couples who used condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, but no barrier for oral activities, not one of the negative partners became infected with hiv. Not one.
Condoms prevent hiv infection. Use them.
