It's freezing here!
« on: September 18, 2007, 02:38:38 pm »
Got back ok earlier today, it's so cold here though in the 50's wish I was still over there with you all!  Thanks to everyone for making it such a great weekend.  Highlights for me had to be The Memorial service which has to be one of the most powerful events I've ever experienced.  The meet and greet at Crimson Lounge and the Freewheelers Car Club show.  I've met some amazing people over the last few days and I want to thanks those who made it possible for me to attend I will always be greatful.

Manchester

I didn't get much time to talk to you but I'm thrilled you came over the pond to join us.  I couldn't agree more with you when you posted:

I hope our paths cross again sometime, and until then I wish you health and happiness.

Thanks Rab hopefully see you next year.  Nothing in particular happened on Haight Milker it was just a funny afternoon really.  Melia and Niki did manage to break the world record for the longest time ever spent in one shop though!

Hey Chris,

Nice meeting you in San Francisco... We had our own little cold snap here in Sonoma County this week.  My neighbors planned a little gathering at their Russian River house yesterday... They live in SF during the week and at end of season they invited friends for a little warm and sunny, swimming and tubing on the river.   Oops! swim wear was traded in for sweaters and we had cocktails by the fireplace.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D Have the best day

It was so nice meeting you and all those other people from England.  IT was really fun.   I think some day we need to  do it again in Londontown, with a detour to Manchester of course.  YOu are so lucky that you get to have lunch with those other two charmers.  It was a dream come true meeting the 3 of you.

It's even colder now Steve and raining.  You'd better make sure you are at AMG next year by the way I won't take no for an answer!  It was great to meet you both as well Michael and Robert hopefully see you both next year again.

Hey Chris,

I am very glad you made it to the gathering this year. I love having another car enthusiast to ogle with and you are such a sweet guy.

Our little stop for cocktails in God's Waiting Room was fun too, if a bit too warm.

HUGS,

Mark

Hey Chris,

It has only been a couple of days since we traded our swim suits for sweaters and today was a definite top down day here on the Russian River. Have the best day
