Blah; This is what I get out of my supposed LTR.

Just got all my blood results back, 189 T-cell / 121,000 VLoad.

Depression is the least of my worries it seems.

Don't beat yourself up. Just give yourself sometime to adjust.  You have found a wonderful site here with lots of help
