Yesterday I had sex with a prostitute. She gave me a BJ at first without condom. Then we had intercourse 2 times in which I used condom at all time. We where about to change positions to initiate a third intercourse so I was going to change the condom to put a new one and I noticed some blood in the condom. I asked her if she was in her period and she said no. The thing was that this prostitute had a piercing in her clitoris and somehow it started to bleed. I took of the condom carefully and I cleaned my hands with alcohol. I did not noticed that the condom had broken at all. I used protection at all times during the intercourse. We did not had any sex after that. I had to cum masturbating. Obviously I do not know her HIV status and she could lie if I she told me that she was negative. Assuming that she is HIV+, how much chances are that a person could get infected by that if they do not used protection. I used protection during the intercourse so I kinda feel I am OK but I am freaking out because I cannot find any information about AIDS and bleeding piercings. Getting a blowjob is not a risk for hiv infection. Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect.

Protected intercourse is just that, protected. It doesn't matter if there was blood on the condom and it doesn't matter where the blood came from. You were still protected.

Condoms have been proven to prevent hiv infection. There have been three long-term studies of couples where one is positive and one is negative. In the couples who used condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, but no barrier for oral activities, not one of the negative partners became infected with hiv. Not one.
