Nice improvement in one year, especially on bringing them CD4s from a paltry 8 to over 300.

How ya gon' celebrate?

From CD4 count of 8, I reckon good result. Wouldn't worry if your CD4 count sticks around the currenmt level for a year or two (or more) 300 CD4s is all you need.

Uh... 1725 :)

But my point still stands that his numbers are the same.  Actually not even that much different than back in October if you think about it.

Well Miss P, I had a net gain of 4 T cells. I started this little track with 8...E-I-G-H-T so forgive me if 327 is exciting! I don't care what my numbers were in October, they are BETTER and the TREND (since that's so important) is all I really care about and my doc says we're doing FINE. Rain on my parade if you want, I don't care, I'm getting drunk tonight and planning my vacation. 49th birthday is Thursday, didn't think I would make it a year ago.  ;)

Thanks everyone for the input, love, compassion, support and yes, even you Miss Obvious!  ;D

Can I take a wild guess at some of the party favors for the celebratory activities?  Poppers, fists, and vacuums?  Have fun  ;)

I duno who you are, but, miss p is not like this, you like him or you don't, and most people who don't just doesn't understand him, guess what I do, so here's a news flash for you, making such a statement as this really shows just who you are and the way you think, now doesn't it  :-\

I actually asked an honest question at the beginning. I thought maybe I was misreading the numbers drew had posted as I didn't "get" why it necessitated such joy with Capn' Caps, so I asked.  If I wanted to rain on the parade I would have been more creative, but that was not my intent.

In the context of starting with 8 t-cells when diagnosed a year ago yes his numbers are admirable, but my point is still that they've basically been stable since October.  I'm not sure why saying so would be controversial. Some of you are acting as if I said I wished he still had 8 t-cells and was wrecked with PCP.

Drew,

I think you have every RIGHT to be happy with those RESULTS.  And I don't think calling you Mr. Cap Lock is appropriate at all , because it leaves out your use of italics, underscoring, and bold letters.  I will admit to attempting to click on your underlined words before thinking you were providing a link.  I don't do it anymore though... I'm on to you now.

Watchu think about Mr. Bold CAP'N Italics?

I have been here for over a year. And I have viewed many post my "Miss P". He is the main reason why I don't post here as often as I would like. Maybe I don't understand him, but maybe it's because I don't want to either.

You know there are several people that I don't particularly enjoy their contributions to threads, but that doesn't stop me from participating.

Maybe I don't understand him, but maybe it's because I don't want to either.
