Sorry for my bad English before.

First of all I must say I know that ORAL SEX is not a risk at all, but the problem is that I was received(was sucked) by one man(we both are gay.) I have a question that if he unconsciously bites his tounge, and there's blood from wound. Is there any risks? Because before being sucked about20minutes, he and i have a dinner. I don't know if he's got any cuts or wounds in his mouth. If so, is there's a risk? can blood be infected by this way?

I don't know if his blood is mixed with saliva, he may use only his tounge lick my penis-- this means there's no saliva mixed? because there's only his tounge project from his mouth(I mean blood directly bleeds, no saliva mixed at all) or I'm worried too much?? In case that his use of bloody tounge licking mine--mucous membrane, would it be infectious?

I'm very serious, and searching about this issue in the internet makes me more serious. Educate me please.

Receiving oral sex (fellatio) is NO RISK. Were there ANY caveats you would be told. There has never in the history of the pandemic been a case of HIV even hinted at being transmitted this way, let alone documented.

Saliva is not only uninfectious - it contains over a DOZEN identified elements (proteins and enzymes) that render HIV inert and incapable of infection. So even if the person sucking you bit his tongue, and had blood in his mouth, that blood would not stand a chance of remaining infectious by the time (and I am not at all sure how it would easily) enter your urethra.

Saliva breaks down the glycoprotein layer surrounding HIV and providing it with the spikes that latch onto very specific blood and dendritic cells. This is also why kissing is not a risk, or getting spit in your eye when someone speaks (or spits in your eye).

I don't think I can express it more vehemently: You can NOT get HIV from getting your penis sucked.

Herpes

Syphilis

 - can ALL be passed through getting sucked. That is why I say that ALL people who are not in a sexually ecxlusive relationship get a FULL STD panel every six months. Why separate HIV testing from that battery of tests? It makes zero sense.

So if it makes you feel better, go get tested. No risk for HIV of course, but if you have not been monitoring your sexual health, then get a full STD panel and know where you stand.

Thank you. I've just tested for all STDs. It's normal(I mean negative.)

Okay I will not test for HIV for this case because I'm little afraid of False Positive; I may not stand for it. It must depress much more than this.

Now my mind feels better, hope I will remedy my anxious thought soon.

It sometimes makes me think if I get infected. That's so bad for me.
