Title: Geographical tinge

Hi everyone, hope you're all keeping well. Got something called geographical tongue, never heard of it before and never had it before. Been told its harmless (although uncomfortable and not pleasant on the eye!) and there is no treatment. Just wondered if anyone else has ever had it and if so have they found anything to prevent it or treat it? Is it HIV related? Any info you can give would be appreciated.

Hi mancguy ... If you search the mayo clinic web site about this topic you will find a few over the counter treatments for this harmless condition . Hope this helps .
