scald in month and really concerned,please

hello everyone!i did read the "welcome"  and the "H.I.H.T" part of this website,but i still cant help want to ask sth ...
as a gay male ,i met a guy through internet one month ago,and we did protected anal-sex which im not worry about.
but we also performed unprotected oral-sex for each other for several mins
i remembered before we met up i hurted my upper jaw in my month coz the hot food when i had dinner quickly...it didnt pain but i could feel that sth was a bit swollen in my month.
last tuesday (18 days after we had sex),i started a throat sore and headache without fever,it lasted about 2 days ,i took all the pills what i had ,asprin,antibiotic,etc...,it disappeared on friday,i felt better then.
but this morning (27th day) i found there r some rash on my body,many very little tiny red pimple on my chest and oxter whcih i never had before
i start worry again.i was thinking about these could be a mild ARS??
i know i cant do the test untill after 2 weeks from today
is that possible i can be infected by his pre-cum through the scald in my month if he was poz?
coz when people talk about "mucosal tissues" or "open cuts",i really confused which one is my situation?

You are worrying needlessly. Reports of infection via giving oral never seem to hold up under scientific scrutiny. What we call "theoretical" risk, but not in the real world of HIV.

Nothing you are reporting symptomatically is in any way HIV specific. If they continue you should discuss them with your doctor.

I don't see any cause for concern nor for testing.

Keep using the condoms. They do a good job of protecting you during intercourse.

but i still have a confusion about oral sex which may you could help me as a advice for future
as CDC claims that giving a bljob could be a "therical risk" which invovled lots of conditions such as cut or bleeding gums or canker sore in mouth...etc
so they suggest people keep using condom when they r doing this for reduce risk maximum
but its rare for people,at least for me, using condom when they performe oral sex (fellatio or cunnilingus)
and most of people have problem with their mouth health,like u may bite yourself when u r eating or burned by hot food,sometimes u even cant realise that your gum is beelding untill you brush your teeth
so how bad situation in mouth could be considered an "entrance" for infected fluid like pre-cum or vagina fluid which we can not avoid contact during this common sexuall practice...
i also read some informations online said that only fresh open cut with visbale blood in mouth,for example,people who just get extraction of teeth a few hours before,coulde be considered have possibility for infection via oral-sex...
how do u think about that??

"Theoretically" you can put yourself at risk in any form of sexual behavior other than with your own hand. But in the real world of HIV we know from experience and science that sexual risk is about unprotected vaginal and anal intercourse.

As far as your concern about oral transmission from giving oral, longterm studies have been conducted with both straight and gay couples sero-discordant couples. There was lots of mutual unprotected oral and only protected vaginal and anal intercourse. The results have been that not a single sero-negative partner became infected.

Common sense would dictate that if you have a gaping wound in your mouth or extremely poor oral health that is not the time to give oral. As far as receiving oral, no man has ever been confirmed to have been infected in that manner.
