Title: Bathroom issues

I've been using the bathroom non stop since I was infected, it's been months now, am I gonna just pee from my ass forever now? :0/

I had a parasite and was told my body would kill it once I started treatment. I've started for 2 months now, CD4 is above 700 from 500 and load is down to 45 from 800,000

I want to shit like a normal person again

Congratulations on the success with the HIV treatment.

Why no active treatment of the parasitical infection?  And are you, at least in the meantime, daily taking anti-diarrhea medicine?

  Truvada, is known to cause of diarrhea

This has been since months before treatment. I was told that I did not need treatment and It would get better once treatment started. Also, the ADAP does not cover the pills I would need anyway.  Alinia  (nitazoxanide)

Maybe you should try another doctor.
