A Unique Opportunity to View the History of Gay Cinema

Last night I got the chance to watch a copy of a silent movie made in Germany 1919.  "DIFFERENT FROM THE REST"  It is considered the first film to address homosexuality openly and was thought to have been lost during the Hilter years.  Despite the fact it was a silent black and white film....  It was quite interesting.  The information provided in the film about homosexuality was obviously way ahead of its time....

For those who are members of Blockbuster Online...You will find it under the Gay & Lesbian section

I am on a quest to see as many "gay" themed movies as I can get my hands on....
recently I've seen "Eighteen", "My Beautiful Laundramat", "Johns", & "Prom Queen"
