Hi all,
Most know the issue i had with the neuropathy in my feet when I was taking the Atripla.  Once i switched to my new medication it mostly went away, but i still from time to time get flareups in my feet where they are really painful, then it goes back to normal for a long while.

My doctor had me taking Lyrica, but i didn't want to take it all the time, So with his help and ITC compounding pharmacy they made me a topical gel that includes Gabapentin, ketoprofen, ketamine, lidocaine, doxepin, amyltriptaline.  This stuff really works when my feet start burning and tingling

It is something I should apply daily even when I'm not hurting, but for those who have side effects of neurontin and have nerve issues going on, this might be a good alternative.

I'm just giving some information, not trying to sell anyone.  I just know i can't use that capsacin cream or that quatenza,  painful as hell

This nerve gel has to be compounded by a compounding pharmacy, so most insurance companies don't cover it.  I think I paid 94 including tax and shipping.
