Annie Lennox On CBS' "The Talk" Discussing HIV/AIDS
« on: November 19, 2010, 11:39:45 pm »
Some of you may have heard of CBS' knock-off of "The View" called "The Talk".  I saw it for the first time today and Annie Lennox was the guest and she was wearing her HIV Positive shirt and talking about HIV/AIDS.  All of the hosts also wear HIV Positive shirts, too.  Well, except for Julie Chen.  I'm not sure if she just doesn't like T-shirts, or whether she didn't want to wear an HIV Positive shirt.  It is good Annie is talking about HIV/AIDS and we've mentioned that here before.  I wonder how much impact it has on the audience.  I wonder how many think it doesn't really affect them and give it no further thought.

Anyway, here is the interview and Annie singing.  In the interview, they show the story of the little girl who was near death with AIDS and had an awesome recovery after HAART.  I know that has been posted here before.  The hosts wear the shirts in the second clip where Annie sings.
