Question about stupidity, many thanks...

Thank you for your great work much appreciated.

Short question,

Three months ago i had an encounter with a extremely beautiful women to me of unknown HIV status.

She was hard to resist, however, knowing the risk involved i did only finger her
two times, very short. Checked my fingers on damage but seemed ok. I did also two times a short deep kiss on her.
Finally i cleaned my penis with a towel. I may have by doing this brought some of her vaginal fluids on my penis.

I would consider my action as no risk for HIV but I have now, almost four months later very severe sinusitis which does not
cure. The sinusitis along with some sore throat is there for more than a month now... On top of this my lovely girlfriend does now complain about very strong cramps along with diarrhea...
Does this sound like i have infected her? Do I need to test?

Sorry, additionally she masturbated me, but she came strait out of the bath, so no risk i think but i add this because my story above may otherwise seem incomplete...

Fingering is not a risk for hiv infection. Getting vaginal fluids that may have been on a towel, onto your penis, is not a risk for hiv infection. Being masturbated is not a risk for hiv infection. You have not had a risk for hiv infection in anything you bring to us.

Please read through the Welcome Thread and follow the Transmission Lesson link so you can gain a better understanding of what is and what isn't a risk for hiv infection.

Here's what else you need to know: You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL STIs together. To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with a sexually transmitted infection. Sex with a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.

Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.

Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.

If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results. Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv.

Desperately needed advice or an answer from a professional, even though i knew the answers already...

I have done something bad, and feels like i have to be punished for this, cant help, just in my head.

I do fully agree with you Ann, however, i tell you honestly, if HIV wasn't there, my and the sexual life of many others would be totally different, actually my whole life would probably be different... I like very very intens eroticism, i like the phenom-en 'Woman', i want to taste the deepest inside her, but i can't..., sexuality has changed dramatically and that's very hard to accept.
People have very strong desires which cannot be accomplished any more...
