Hi Everyone,
Being poz and taking meds is still relatively new, so I acknowledge that I could be in an unnecessary panic, Lol.
I've been on medication for about 5 months now and I've never missed a dose. I usual take them at 8am but I forgot to take them to work this morning. I ended up taking them around 2pm, six hours later.
Should I be concerned and/or should I contact my doctor? :-\
Thanks everyone. Appreciate the advice and support :)

You will be OK so don't sweat it . Missing a dose every now and then isn't the end of the world so being a little late is perfectly fine .

You really will be OK ... I know how important this is to you so you can be reassured that I wouldn't say it if it wasn't true . Have the best day bud !

studies have shown that most ARVs really only need to be taken 95% of the time to remain effective. But the best goal to strive for is 100% compliance with a once-in-a-blue-moon "I forgot to take my meds" or "I was late by a couple of hrs" ;)
