No symptom, but I heard some peeps have no symptom at all after exposure(correct me if im wrong)

It's true, many people do not have a single symptom of seroconversion. Neither symptoms nor the lack of symptoms will ever tell you a single thing about your hiv status. ONLY testing will.
You could have tested three months ago for a conclusive result. This means that your test on Friday will also be conclusive if negative.
A positive result is only conclusive once further confirmatory tests have been run (notably a Western Blot) and have also come back positive.

Here's what you need to know in order to avoid hiv infection:
You need to be using condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, every time, no exceptions until such time as you are in a securely monogamous relationship where you have both tested for ALL sexually transmitted infections together.
To agree to have unprotected intercourse is to consent to the possibility of being infected with an STI. Sex without a condom lasts only a matter of minutes, but hiv is forever.
Have a look through the condom and lube links in my signature line so you can use condoms with confidence.
Anyone who is sexually active should be having a full sexual health care check-up, including but not limited to hiv testing, at least once a year and more often if unprotected intercourse occurs.
If you aren't already having regular, routine check-ups, now is the time to start. As long as you make sure condoms are being used for intercourse, you can fully expect your routine hiv tests to return with negative results.
Don't forget to always get checked for all the other sexually transmitted infections as well, because they are MUCH easier to transmit than hiv. Some of the other STIs can be present with no obvious symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is to test.
Use condoms for anal or vaginal intercourse, correctly and consistently, and you will avoid hiv infection. It really is that simple!

10 months ago, received brief anal (for 5 mins?) with a prostitute bareback.
6- 9 months, had casual sex of around 10 times, with an online guy, received cum.
1- 6 months , strictly protected sex.
When to do a blood test today...
After drawing blood, i went to the doctor's room to be counselled and I explain about my encounters...
He, having my HIV Test results, letted out a very heavy sigh, and say my activities are very risky, and went on and on..
(I am trembling at this moment... the way the doctor acts, sounds bad news to me...)
and he finally say..
Your blood test result .. You are Negative, uninfected.
My heart raced and im actually sweating!! WHY CANT HE JUST TELL ME IM NEGATIVE, INSTEAD OF GOING ON AND ON AND ON!
So back to the topic, thanks Ann, and everyone here.
I made a promise to the doctor 'I wouldn't want to step in here to get tested again, I will only have protected sex. I know this is like Russian Roulette, I'm just lucky, in my area here, 5% of MSM guys are HIV infected, and 5% is only the KNOWN figure, actual figure could be higher!!'
I also got tested for Sypillis, HPV , another 3 - 4 other STI(s) , but HIV test result is out within 15 mins.
The rest of the results will be out within 1 week to 2 weeks time.

You can have all the anal sex you want to with any guy and in either receptive or insertive mode. You just need to do it the safer way which means always without exception having the insertive partner wearing a condom. Condoms provide very effective protection when worn properly.
It's really that simple.

1) received anal load (let's assume positive, and possibly high viral load)
1b) I bleed while passing out cum and blood
2) push it out 2 hours later
3) start pep exactly 24 hours later, 2 orange pill(lopinavir 200mg, ritonavir 50mg) and a white pill , lamivudine 150mg + zidovudine 300mg, 2 doses daily
Other helpful information
A) tested neg via oral swipe on 3rd jan 2015, tested neg by blood test (before commencing pep on 23 jan 1400hours)
B) unsafe at 22nd jan 1400/1500hours

PEP is very effective if initiated with 72 hours so since you began at 24 hours you should expect a negative result when you test . You can read about PEP here ...
