Hi.
I first want to thank you in advance for your advise.
I went through many posts here regarding "my case" and I have already seen that you say with no doubt at all that passive oral sex (receiving a blow job) from a positive person is not at all at risk of contracting HIV, even if the penis of the person who received has an even small sore.
Nevertheless, I had this kind of experience with a casual partner who told me after the accident he was positive (treated and with non detectable viremy).
During the blow job, he got me a hematome on my foreskin, which I discovered once I came home and washed. It was not bleeding evidentially, but I tried to press with toilet paper on it and I could see very very light traces of blood.
I got worried and I went to urgencies the morning after ( I am in south of France at the moment).
They decided I took a risk and got me a post exposition therapy for one month, which I have been taking for 8 days now.
My questions are: if you sustain that receiving oral sex is zero risk, even with sores on the penis (which i red on a post here), and this is presumably based on literature and case studies, why there are many doctors who say the opposite and I have been treated in a hospital as a potential (even if remote) risk exposure?
Is this a policy of the sanitary system to increase prevention?
Why are you so sure in saying what you say?
I have always been very careful in my life with occasional sex, and the only practice I have always done without condom is receiving oral sex. Nothing else, except with the guys I've been in a relationship with.
Am I just taking thep post exposition treatment for nothing?

HIV is not a risk of contracting HIV from getting your dick sucked.

There was absolutely no need for you to start taking PEP. Getting oral sex is one of the most common of sexual activities. In the entire history of the epidemic there has never been a single confirmed case of HIV transmission to a guy in that manner. It's safe to say you are not going to make history by becoming the first.
It's not our responsibility to explain why other sites and even health professionals are giving out incorrect information about this subject. All I can tell you with complete confidence is that getting your penis sucked is absolutely not a risk for HIV. Period.
There is no need for PEP and there is no need for testing on your part. If you have a sore on your penis that is something for you to discuss with your doctor. It has nothing to do with HIV. Period.

Sorry, i did not mean sore, but I was talking about the hematoma the partner got me with his theeth during the fellatio. It was not bleeding evidentially, there was blood underskin, but pressing with the toilet paper I could notice very low traces of blood.
Here they consider that a way of transmission, but I guess he should have had a consistent amount of his blood in his mouth, which he did not of course.
I can't stop thinking about it.

Why would getting a blowjob be a risk for hiv infection? Not only is saliva not infectious, but it also contains over a dozen different proteins and enzymes that damage hiv and render it unable to infect.
As for blood in the person's mouth, unless you're in the habit of repeatedly punching a person in the mouth before they blow you, there could not possibly be enough blood present to cause any concern.
You did NOT have a risk for hiv infection. You got your dick sucked, now get over it.
