a question about motorbike insurance
« on: September 13, 2007, 03:45:34 am »
hello again all. I have my motorbike test next month, i haven't yet decided IF i will get a bike or not, but IF i do - would any of you know if i would be expected to disclose my status with the insurance company ? And if so, would my status increase the premium ? I mean , if what people are saying about HIV is true, its highly unlikely i will have a frggin heart attack, fall off and crash in to someone - right ?

Thought i would change my tune a bit, instead of my usual pissing and whinging ....

I have no idea where on the planet you live, but I see no reason to disclose for motorcycle insurance.  Just isn't needed.

Love,
The Bible contains 6 admonishments to homosexuals,
and 362 to heterosexuals.
This doesn't mean that God doesn't love heterosexuals,
It's just that they need more supervision.

Your status is absolutely irrelevant for motorcycle insurance, regardless of where you live. If you do disclose to the insurance company you will make a fool of yourself, because as Moffie said it is not needed (I am not sure why you asked him if he disclosed, after he answered that it is not needed).

So again, NO you do not need to disclose your status for car or motorcycle insurance, just keep your mouth shut.
